Summary: Smart Work Management is an Enterprise wise system. The application facilitates Business Processes in streamlining Work Allocation, Smart Dashboard, Time Tracking, Email adapter,MailBee, SLA configurations Tracking, TAT managements, can define some formula which will be effective on agent dashboard, Reporting and Transaction Monitoring etc. On Dashboard the user can process Data. The data come to user on the bases of assignment. Here user can reschedule data to himself, to other user to team for later processing. It also provides Real Time Status update on the Work activities of users. Show dashboard on a huge LCD screen with multiple real time graphs, pictures and web graphs. User can configure multiple Dashboards and save them to database, and then publish any [login to view URL] graphs and picture automatically can animate, shuffle and refresh themselves on configured time. The purpose is to show real time performance of employee, process and live updates. Business Team configures (Process, Campaign creation and Work Definition Master) the application as per Process specific requirements. Once Campaign is created and work is uploaded WAT starts Pushing work items to users as per the Business Logic (Filters) configured for process areas. Any process where the work comes in a pre-defined format, can be uploaded to WAT as a Batch and can be allocated to users on some business logic.
