EL code conversion to PERL/PHP

Hello I have a script in the forms of EASYLANGUAGE basically its almost like perl , very easy to read hence the name EASYLANGUAGE. I will need it to be converted into PERL or PHP so I can calculate data on my web server. This script will also be working with MYSQL information. Script is about 3 pages long.
