VOIP SDK module that automates phone and faxccalls(repost)

I want to have an application made that can make automated telephone and fax calls using [login to view URL] who has an SDK module. The product must be able to: - call up to 3 pre-defined numbers automatically - fax up to 3 pre-defined numbers - either make call and/or fax every xx minutes or randomly interval - play a pre-recorded message in MP3 format - play message XX times or indefinitely - call and/or fax between XX hour and YY hour only - I must be able to "listen in" to the conversation to make sure it works. When not doing so I must still be able to use the sound card for other purposes. - application must be able to push/click "extension numbers" up to 6 extension numbers and then wait XX seconds between each 'click". - application must also be able to send faxes thru the same program. - If possible then the program should not use the soundcard while making calls. If it needs to use a soundcard it would be preferreed if the application uses the faxmodems soundchip (if that is a good/possible solution). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform xp
