Accounting Module in Visual Basic.Net

We have developed applications for Trading Companies in Visual Basic.Net. These applications do not have a very strong accounting system like commercial softwares like DacEasy, Peachtree or Tally. We want to incorporate a rugged accounting module which will have Trial Balance, Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet. We want to outsource this task of designing and incorporating the accounting module for our application. The accounting module has to be incorporated using Visual Basic.Net. The development has to be done by using Visual [login to view URL] Professional version since this is the version we have been using. We can send the Setup files for our project which will contain the mdb files to suitable bidders with appropriate background so that they can get a better idea of the file structures and the entity relationship. Although the applications we have developed are for Textiles traders, Stationery Shops and Optic Shop we want the accounting module to be of a general nature which can be customised for any Trading application. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Windows 9x, Windows 2000 or WindowsXP
