Tiled Graphics under VB.NET

I need a VB.NET program that will be part of an eventual mapping front end. I basically need some graphics code written. The code needs to have a scalable viewing pane up to 1024x768 pixels. But this needs to be made up of squares 200x200 pixels. These squares will usually NOT be aligned on any side, so there will be hidden areas on every side. Once the visible images have been loaded, the program also needs to load images on each side into memory for the size of the screen. That is the software must download at least one screen in each direction into memory. The user must be able to select a mode where they can drag the images. WHen the drag completes, the tiles outside the area that would normally be buffered on each side needs to be destroyed and the any additional squares loaded Each tile will be able to be zoomed in 2 and 5 times [and then recursively after that]. FOr this project I will be happy if the images are all identical, loaded from the local HDD. But please keep in mind that I will then be loading the images from a WWW site with coordinates in the URL. I will also be adding objects onto the images too... And I will then need to have these pan. To a large extent what I am after is a windows interface like <[login to view URL]> ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform VB.NET
