Online service to provide event registration, collect donations, and pledges. ======================= Event Registration: ------------------- * think of registration for an event like the Boston Marathon, or a fundraising run for a Cancer society. Must be able to be branded to each event and/or organization, or at least instanced; separate install for each event and/or organization. Different registration levels for each event. Administrator for each event can send text/HTML email to all attendees at anytime. Permit administrator to add line items to registration form for event, such as t-shirts and donations. Dump event attendees and details to csv file at anytime. Track registration, donation and payment information and provide report function. Collect registration and donation payment information and store securely. Donations: ---------- Collect donation payment information and store securely. Provide "donate now" link and form for integration into existing web pages. Reporting functions. Dump donors and info to csv file. Pledging: --------- Specific to each event. Create public pledge page for each event attendee. Interface for each attendee to update their own page with basic information, links, and upload one photograph. Track pledges/donations to each attendee and provide reporting function (ie. top pledge collectors, largest pledge, etc.) Collect pledges/donations and store securely - these go to the organization not the attendee. Team function for attendees to organize in teams and collect pledges as a team. ========================== More detail available, and I will work with the coder on interface and other issues. Ideally, finished product should be skinnable with CSS templates. A similar service is SPORG.com. A starting point may be a gaming clan/league system such as [login to view URL] (ie. for organizing teams for a specific event).
