arabic oscommerce

I need help to setup an arabic oscommerce website. This is how I want to be help: 1- You setup the english version of oscommerce on windows 2003 with mysql and iis 6 on it. You tell me "exactly" how should I do this on my webserver ( win 2003 + my sql + iis ) 2- You design the whole website the way I want. 3- You customise it to my needs. 4- You help me with translate it to arabic. OR: 1- You'll show me some oscommerce website and I'll choose one of them. 2- perhaps I'll ask you to customise it. 3- You help me with translate it to arabic. So you must be expert in php, mysql, webdesign, photoshop, iis, appache and ofcourse oscommerce. And most important you must be able and willing to teach me the architect of oscommerce and how to change things in website. As you see, it's not an one day job and if you think you can do it in one day "please don't replay". If you are new in oscommerce and webdesign "please don't replay" and don't waste my time. Don't worry about budget! Come up with some sugestions.
