Clan Gaming website design (natural selection 2)

Hi, I'm looking for someone to design and implement a Clan website with a forum with a Natural selection 2 theme (pc game). I'd be looking for a unique design, not a phpnuke template or the likes with a robust forum. We'd like a number graphical images throughout the site personalised to our clan and general theme. If you could provide a portfolio of what you have made previously it would greatly aid in the decision process. There is no urgency with this project however once hired I would expect work to begin in a relatively timely manner. The domain and hosting server has already been purchased so just the design and implementation is required. Budget is £100 - £150 - depending on skillset Thanks Benjibb
