free/paid forum hosting scripts

Hello bidders, looking for a system that allow us offer a free/paid forum hosting service. Preffer if its based on some popular forum system like phpBB or other free forum system, no problem if the system you choose allow run multiple forums within the same server with a single license. - This is a project for an expert doing forum hacks. - The system should allow the user sign automatically for free or for a certain rate. He choose the kind of url to use: [login to view URL] or their own domain - Forums must be organized into categories and subcategories. - Allow each forum use their own language and skin. - Scripts and setup must be fully documented to allow move to other servers if needed. You'll be paid by Paypal or in by GAT after install the full scripts on my site. If you know an already working system to do this let me know and will give you access to our server to setup it today.
