i am hiring a front end web developer/ designer on a full time basis with the following profile:-

preferably from asian countries: india, indonesia, philipines,... those from high income countries no need to apply, i will be paying you at an equivalent rate at what you are earning in your country, reliable: you have to meet deadlines for each project, have at least a few years work experience, technical skills: strong in XHTML, html5, css3, JavaScript, jQuery, ajax, develop websites, implementing new features, writing the HTML and CSS to make it work cross-browser/ platform, making sure layouts work well and load fast, problem solver, animation using javascript, flash, Media queries, responsive design using Twitter bootstrap framework, knowledge of graphic software - adobe photoshop, illustrator and convert psd to html using div tag, eye for design (not essential). working method: you must have skype preferably with web cam for me to conduct interview and for me to communicate with you if i hire you, initially, payment will be done on a weekly basis. working hours is 8hours per day, mon-friday. after i hire you, either provide me with a mobile number where i can reach you during normal working hours or be online on skype during normal working hours at the end of the working day, you submit a short report of your progress in the project and what is left to be done and upload your work on a server(i will provide). make sure you have secure your phone number, verified your email address and verified your payment thru freelancer.com pls send me your full cv, qualifications, name of referee (if any), expected monthly salary and portfolio (important: you specify how long you have taken to do each site)
