Company Background: My company cuts 2-dimensional parts from sheetmetal using laser cutting systems. We receive autocad files (dxf) from our customers and input them into our cutting equipment. We are looking to improve and automate our quoting and order processing tasks. What we have: We have worked with java developers on Freelancer to develop a servlet application for providing instant quotes. The quoting tool allows our customers to upload their dxf files and receive instant quotes. The quoting tool is hosted right now and testing is almost complete. What we need: We need a commercial website professionally designed to embed the quoting tool. Our customers will create a user account which they can use to access their account information and use our quoting tool. They will quote their files and have the option to place an order. All order information will be stored. The customer will be able to check order status, download accounting information in excel or pdf formats. They will be able to view previous drawings for reordering. 1. Home page - displaying our company logo, slideshow of sample work, login space. The color scheme black, white and yellow. 2. Services - page to detail our services with sample of work. 3. Register page 4. Fast login page - login page similar to CPanel to provide quicker access for our B2B accounts. 5. Map - direccions to find factory. During my process of elimination I will be contacting those who can prove there skills in Graphics design and Joomla and at that point I will detail the work that needs to be done to complete the milestones.
