Joomla Websites

Project Description: I am looking for some one to develop 3 scalable low cost websites in Joomla using modified existing templates. Site 1 - redesigning my current website [login to view URL], adding new content (need some copy writing) and some graphics work and pictures to make it more current and corporate. Also add some news feeds. It will need some component based functionality for sms and Skype. Site 2 - a new Joomla website based templates that will need some copy writing, logos and content. Also add some news feeds. It will need some component based functionality for sms and [login to view URL] Description: Site 3 - a scalable low cost family website that can later be built on. I am considering using Joomla as the basis.v It will need some component based functionality for sms, Skype and video conferencing (all existing joomla components). It should use a component such as joaktree to support the generation and maintenance of family tree by members. ***There will be ongoing work and the potential more websites in the future for my business associates. The website will have to have a public page and then the ability for people to sign on. On signing on I will have to approve them from the application or a return email. Once in the site they will be able to browse the family tree and amend part of the family tree that they are contributing to or have access to contribute to. The site will allow the growing of the family tree by different members. Members will be able to post media (pictures, video and sound). There will be a general area for media to be categorised. At a later state members should be able to integrate into Facebook, linked in and twitter. **** To enable me to evaluate the best supplier please provide me a summary of the concept and components that will be integrated for each of the websites. Also details on what and how you propose to generate and maintain the family tree so that it can be done by members, who can only maintain what they add and some of the other family members. In addition provide me estimates of time and ate based on The milestones will be based on: 1. Develop site look and feel, a front page that links to the family web site, potentially through a sub domain 2. Implement a shell prototype to displan and confirm concepts for the website. 3. Develop website security model and the ability upload and download media. 4. Develop family tree functionality. 5. Complete website 6. Facebook and Twitter integration 7. Website search optimisation 8. Website backup and recovery processes I may give the opportunity to the shortlisted supplier to pep are a prototype which I will pay for, in order to demonstrate requirements.
