Looking for a Magento expert who can build a website from a theme.

Hi, We need a Magento experts who can build an e-commerce website from a theme already developed, install the web in the proper server and leave it ready to go. -The theme is very complete, but you would need to adapt text, colours, fonts, logos, buttons, etc. No need design skills, we have a designer who will guide you adapting the theme. -The theme is multi-currency and multi language. We would need to adapt 5 languages and make sure that the correct currency/laguage shows automatically in each zone. -A blog extension must be installed. -Maybe we need to include "easy login button" with facebook/twitter, etc. Not sure if the theme already includes this. -Very important: we need to be able to download csv files (separated by comma) with complete order information and mark all the downloaded orders as shipped after that. -We are Magento newbies so we will need some advice to start up.
