Magento Multishop - Install, add template and addons.

The project: HI, I am looking for a company or person who is a real Magento Expert. Not someone 'who worked before' with magento once or twice, but someone that knows all in and outs of this platform and can proove that! I have dealt with so colled 'magento experts' in the past and from my experience everyone calls himself a magento expert nowadays since it is a popular platform. I am looking for a GENUINE magento experienced worker! Due to bad experiences in the past I can only pay AFTER the work is done as requested. ONLY BID IF you think you will quality, and you shall have at least show 5 Running MAGENTO E-commerce sites that you made and you are willing to provide the Access to Back end & front end for evaluation ( may be Demo version set on your own server) That being made clear... the project: Deliver a turn-key magento MULTI shop with the following work/demands: - Installation on our server - Installation of a ULTIMENTO TEMPLATE (see [login to view URL]) and customize the template colors, banners, etc. Give the whole template a fresh design with our logo's and colors. Also it needs to be changed to be able to use in mutlishop. It will be a 5-shops multishop, so template needs to be changed for all 5 shops different, not the layouts, but only the design like colors, banners etc. I have all the source files (licensed) for the ultimento shop, so you need to change colors, logo's [login to view URL] you have doubts, please send a message and I show a sample of this multishop idea. Each shop has it's own URL, but will be in the same backend. So the layout is like this: Admin1> Shop1 > retailsite > 5 languages Admin1> Shop2 > retailsite > 5 languages Admin1> Shop3 > retailsite > 5 languages Admin1> Shop4 > retailsite > 5 languages Admin1> Shop5 > retailsite > 5 languages They all need to share some things like shipping costs, layout/theme, payment methods, general settings etc. - Install +- 10 Magento modules/extensions (i buy/deliver the modules). These extensions need to be installed, but also BUILT INTO the tempate on the locations where needed. Do not underestimate this, it can be quite some work! All extensions are existing ones, so only have to install them. - Install payment gateways as creditcard, paypal and the dutch 'ideal'. - Install 5 languages: Dutch, English, German, Spanish, Italian, French - Install social plugins (facebook, hyves, linkedin, [login to view URL]) - Customize the default email templates (order emails, invoice, shipping note, etc) All need to be in the same look/feel as the website. - Developer should able to set-up, configure and fine-tuned the store to fully functional. Technical support and any bug fixing should be taking care by developer after hand-over the project. - Install/add about 2500 products from a excel/csv sheet we give you (which contains all productinfo and imagelink) - SEO friendly website. (ultimento is already seo friendly, but any changes you make should be this also) - Working dutch VAT/taxes. So dutch clients should see prices with VAT, all european customers should see prices incl vat, outside europe ex vat. Companies in europe should be showen prices ex VAT. - Tweak the hosting to make the shops QUICK! I am not in a hurry, you can take time for this project. If succeeded the idea is to make more of the SAME websites. Those will be the easy ones then to make, and that work will be granted to the SAME worker as the above project, IF succeeded!
