Site requirements: 40 page website. We have a very good understanding of what we want, and we have multiple layout images of how we want the website to be created out how we wish it to work. We will supply these before the project commences so the winner of the contract can gain a good understanding of what we need. We have dimensions in mind and similar websites to show the contract winner too. The site needs to be dynamic and in .php format. It must also be cross browser compatible and editable in Adobe Dreamweaver & Contribute. The database file must be sent to us to used in a Mysql application. All content, images and text, sitemap and layouts are ready to be supplied to whoever wins the contract. We will also supply all layout images. The homepage will have a scrolling flash image � whereby four or five same sized images will fade, one into the next on a 5 second loop. The site is divided into a number of main sections, a standard template could be used for the site as all the images are the same pixel size and the text is in similar positions on the page. All the text content and images needs to be taken from the database A screen shot of the home page design is attached. We need links to external websites, the addresses of these links will be provided by ourselves. We need a secure login area (a username and password) for clients to view information including text and images, we need to be able to update this regularly and assign new usernames and passwords frequently. A page is also required for us to add new users to the database, add client contact details. This will include fields such as username, password, address, phone number etc, etc. A login page is also required to a restricted area. Within the admin section we require the ability to change the images and text in the portfolio section of the website. The image upload page will need to automatically create a thumbnail and watermark the main image with our company logo. Severside validation is also required to ensure only the correct image types are uploaded.� We require a �contact us' form option with tick boxes and scrolling text boxes which should be validated and sent to our company via email. All validation is to be serverside and not javascript clientside. We require the site to be completed within 10 working days, quality must be maintained throughout. We intend to establish a good working relationship with the winning web programmer to which we can supply .psd (photoshop) files to for them to create .php websites in the future.
