Re-Post Website Design and Development with CMS - repost

Please read specs before placing bid. Price will NOT change after award. Timeline is VERY important. Customize CMS on approved design which will need to be designed as well. Experts in Symfony is highly desired which is the preferred CMS. Open to other CMS as well, Joomla, Drupal, etc. Details to be discussed but few important features include: 1) Database repository where parent organization will be able to pull reports that are stored in local site (the one which is to be built) 2) User's ability to submit detailed reports with various fields. Sample form attached 3) Site map for better UX (?) - You are here: home->services->report 4) Video imbed (YouTube) 5) Header with changing slides with caption below and option for user to go back and forth. This cannot be flash but HTML5 for compatibility with iOS. 6) Register, login capabilities, single or multiple. 7) Must be ADA and W3C compliant 8) Survey, campaign, action alert capability on sides (widgets?) 9) Integrate social media: Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google+, Pinterest 10) Design must be modern, clean, clutterless and attractive UI 11) Logo to be provided and design should compliment logo and brand 11) Mobile compatible is highly desired. (but, maybe integrated in next phase) 12) More details to be shared in private. 13) Functionality is very important and approved design must be executed exactly in coding. 14) Sample design will be shared. Launch is expected to be in 14 days after project is awarded.
