Product Registration + Support Script

Hello, I need SSL compatible Product Registration to allow our customer register their products in my web site, as well as a "Product Support Portal" Product Information: Product type/model is identified by a model number 4-10 characters long (Alphanumeric) Each Product has unique serial number contain from 8-15 characters long. (Alphanumeric) Each Product has a PN (Product Number,) number exactly 13 characters long ((Alphanumeric) Admin related: Requires username/password to log in, PHP based, no .htaccess based I want to be able to import unlimited codes from excel file, CSV, and an admin interface to add them one by one manually. I have to be able to manually view, edit, and make changes to information submitted by customer Product insert flow: Add Product -> Fill in general product information such as Model name, Description, Product Image Serial number insert flow: Add serial number -> Select product (By model name) -> add serial in CSV or manual enter in multiple line fields Ability to view/edit/change the status of serial numbers (Inactive/Active/Registered/Voided) Interface to upload Software Updates for products, identified by Model Name Ability to notify customers if software update is available for their product via email. End-user portal: Provide Log In for Existing Customer Registration page for customers, with required information such as Name, e-Mail, password (SHA1), Address, Phone number, Date of Purchase, Place of Purchase, Invoice #, Product Model, Serial Number, upload copy of their purchase invoice (accepting .JPG, .BMP, .PDF only, limiting filesize) Customer login using email and password, with password reset Account requires manual approval by admin(s) to activate user account Registered customers have the ability to download latest software for their registered product, based on software uploaded by Admin. Registered customers with valid product registered with their account has the ability to view the warranty status of their product (1 year from purchase date, after verification from admin) An Support Ticket portal for support requests.
