Repair various bugs on PHP script.

There is something wrong with our script on a specific server and others, it works fine on our Webfaction server, we will provide the access so you can compare the script that is not working with the script that is working fine. It is a Ordering Online System Srcipt based on PHP and POSTGRESQL. Problem: Business is not saved, it’s not added to database and it’s not showing. I think is a problem with the database connection. We use postgresql.
