tetleytea g'day, I was taking a look at your site, and looks like the responsive design is not the only thing the developers broke. Also you probably didnt supply the same memo you have attached, to them. Anyway the responsive design is the least of your worries, the site has security issues and you would need to addressed them first, if not who ever works on it is gonna end up unknowingly adding more. I would suggest building an entirely new site but we can work on this. I can fix the security issues and make it responsive, I generally work with bootstrap if that is ok with you. But I rarely use GIT and forget it most of the time, but I can try using GIT if you want me to. By the way who ever the "developers" are they really did a number on you and I feel really bad so even if I dont get to work on your site, once you have it fixed per this job, feel free to PM me after its done and I will provide advice and check the site out for you free of charge.
