User based content sharing site with full Facebook integration

Want user based content sharing site in wordpress similar to [login to view URL] or [login to view URL], including a site logo and a graphical "look". I would like for someone to build me a wordpress so users can submit photos to a site. Then I review, approve the photo and description, which is then posted to the site blog and also the facebook fan page. Similar in functionality to peopleofwalmart.com. I'm not so much concerned about the theme/look being perfect, as much as the functionality. Upon completion, the site will have the following features: Full integration with a facebook profile. That is, posts when approved, are released to facebook followers. Website visitors should be able to register manually, via Facebook registration, or Twitter registration. Members can submit photos without logging in. It just requires the user fill out name, email address, select a file, and a description. Members can login via username/password or Facebook login or Twitter login if they wish. Uploaded photos require admin approval before going live. All visitors can rate each photo with thumbs up or thumbs down, creating likes on facebook fan page. Comments can be made by registered members. It doesn't matter if it's wordpress or pure php as long as functionality works. If you have software that does this already, send me a link to exactly where it is please. Don't state you have something and not provide proof.
