Web to Print Website Needed FAST!!

This project is to create a Web2Print E-commerce (shopping cart) website where customers can customize and order business cards, flyers, letterheads etc.. using oscommerce or some free CMS as base platform - designer tool is essential for this plugin. The idea is for the customer to be able to design on-line using our templates so that they can create and submit them to us which then sends them an automatic quote. When the client does not find the template or product they want, they would be able to upload their files to us directly and we will submit a quote. The principal component of the system is the designer tool. Design editor to design printed materials on-line (business cards, postcards, flyers, banners ... *Library of pre-designed templates + possibility for customer to download his own file and combine with our template. (e.g. possibility to add own logo, photo or background) *Designs from the editor will be converted to PDF 300dpi for printing. *Possibility for customers to upload their own designs. Files can be submitted in any acceptable graphic formats (e.g. .cdr, .ai, .psd) and will be stored on our server and in customer account for re-orders * After design will be created/uploaded and proofed customer will be prompted to the shopping cart (ex. PayPal), notification about order will be sent via e-mail automatically * Quoting, billing, invoicing, customer login, customer history, e-mail notifications * It should be hosted on our server and we need full source code. * Admit discount coupons * Admit comments from users on the products Another thing, I'm open to purchasing ANY EXISTING/PREMADE themes.
