Excel Spreadsheet into a database with report facility

What I am after: 1. I have a spreadsheet with prices on it. This will need to be added to in the future so needs to be saleable 2. I have various templates which need to be the basis of our reports. 3. For example: a. someone calls up b. We take down their company name and contact details c. We ask the client what their exact requirement is, (Inappropriate Child Images, Fraud, Intellectual Property Theft, Murder, Assault, Suicide, Rape, Threatening Behaviour, Divorce, Adultery, Drugs, Money Laundering, Intelligence Gathering, Network Hacking, DDoS , HR Issues, Tribunal Work, Trojan Defence, Malicious Software Threat...... d. We then want to use a drop down menu to determine the answers to questions, (what is the storage device, (computer, laptop, apple, phone, server etc), then what capacity is it, (below 100Gb, above 200Gb etc), how quickly do you want the job completed by, (5 days, 7 days, 14 days, 28 days), is the work required to be carried out on the clients site, or at our facility?) e. The answers to the above questions go into the template report, (which may have to be amended to fit the answers). f. This report is then ready to email out to a client, with a print option available should it be required. Thats all I want, however, I don’t have any budget for this, it will just save me time. This is why I need to get the best price possible. I have a couple of spreadsheets that I wish to have the data taken from, and I have the basis of all the .doc word templates . Simon ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform MS Windows XP and MS Office please.
