Install and Personalize WordPress blog.

I'm in need of a programmer to install the latest wordpress platform and customize the site for me. Usiang the images attached, please follow along. Basically the site is to promote ebay products through my affiliation with them. The site I'd like to clone or copy is : [login to view URL] Notice the green, white and grey they use to form a very clean site. This is what I hope to achieve with the blog's template. 1. see image name "page header". This is how the top part of the site must look (obviously this is boxes is just to show you placement). So basically a log on the top left and date on the far right. Followed by a line to add some seperation and the links on the line itself. Below that will be 8 images to go to their own specific pages. these can be in php pr generated wordpress pages. I will provide the images and text for you to place here and hyperlink. NOTE: I will also provide all meta tags for all pages. You will be required to produce a google site map for the entire site (it could be a plugin..I don't care). NOTE: This page header will be the same on ALL pages. 2. See image "blog part of the page" this is how the bottom part of the index page will look. basically it will have about 4-6 posts (shortened and with a click here to read more). Then on the right side will have categories (for posts), popular (plugin), recent comments, links to pages (same as in header) and facebook and twitter images to relevant accounts. 3. see "php ebay page" image. This is how each product page will look. Basically in the body will have the ebay store code for that product and the right side will have a couple tower banners. Plugins: I will provide you with a full list of plugins to install. Content: I will provide you with all content, including meta tags for all pages. The overall site must be very pleasing to the eyes, stand out and easy to navigate. Please ask any relating questions. I will provide you with the necessary hosting etc.
