Rewards site needs scripts for enhanced functionality

We have a rewards site that is undergoing changes at the moment, and this bid request is for the second round of upgrades. We need: A script that will enable us to track and count and sort sweepstakes entries we receive, in order to choose winners. A script that will enable us to award or subtract points in any amount we choose to members. A template and script that will allow us to run mini surveys at the site, and automatically award points to members who complete the surveys. The site uses ProjektPBS rewards script software with add-ons, and the functionality has to work with it. The site is [login to view URL] if you would like to look at the site. We are currently awaiting a forum/points side integration and a sweepstakes template. I would like to add that the funds are to be escrowed soon, and were paid for with a check, so the coder receives the 2.5% bonus. The software should be delivered within 3 weeks for testing. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The software will with the ProjektPBS software, optimized for all browsers, including and especially Macintosh browsers.
