Wordpress Theme Corrections

Hi, I have bought the wordpress theme "picture this" ([login to view URL]) and need to make some customizations to it. The pictures shouldn't change automatically as they do now in theme. All back ground should be white. I want the front page to look like this: [login to view URL] I would like you to work on 2 versions for the front page, one where the photo is separated from the navigation as in my example, and one where there is one photo that works as full screen with the navigation over it. I guess I can upload a photo to my server and feed this photo from there. In the bottom right should be a box to sign up for an email newsletter. Also icons for twitter and Facebook. It should be very simple as the one here: [login to view URL] - but don't include name and keep the background white. The theme supports fullscreen but I would like to minimize this to keep the active area free of the left hand navigation. However, let me know where I can change this if I want to change it back.. Each of the category Headlines should lead to a page where you can click into the post (which will be a page). By "headline" I'm referring to the title in the main left hand navigation. If you click the headline and not the sub headline, the page should look like this (by "sub headline" I'm referring to the titles that are pushed out when you click a "Headline" in the main left hand navigation. The text being the name of the post and the thumbnail being generated from a selected photo. The thumbnail should be rectangular as the photo, not round as these ones: [login to view URL] Once you press the sub headlines, you are taken to the photo series. The initial page for that should look like this. It should not display a headline auto generated, I can set this in the post itself. The left hand navigation should maintain the black back ground and not look like the example given, that's just to give an example of the layout. Each of these Sub headlines will be photo series and the text on top should be indexable: [login to view URL] Once you click the first photo, the light box pops up. The lightbox should work like here ([login to view URL]). The contact page should include a contact form and a text area that wraps around a photo.
