Live Scores Xml Feed

I want to build a site similar to other livescores sites as [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] The site should be in two languages. One in Greek and one in English. In Greek language there will be a specific format according to the site of the Greek bookmaker and the details below. In English version the site will be as it is www.livescore.in. In both versions on the left of the site I want to have the option to put the countries in the order I want. The only difference will be in language. In Greek version, countries should be in Greek language. I will have two (2) XML Feeds which must be connected together. 1. Live Score feed from a paid service source with scorers/cards etc. 2. XML feed from the Greek bookmaker displaying daily matches, but in a specific format. [login to view URL];couponID=77 and the same XML in english language is [login to view URL];couponID=77 I need the xml data to be pulled into our mysql database and create a module or component to show the live scores. Page of live scores must be auto updated without refreshing the page (ajax I suppose).See [login to view URL] Results must be presented in a specific format and according to daily matches provided by local Greek bookmaker. Site in Greek version will be similar to [login to view URL] ([login to view URL];FolderId=907a4ef5-562e-42d1-ae63-d04a6b38e990&CouponID=77) All teams, countries and competitions must be connected from the 2 XML feeds. This must be done in order to have the specific format of the local Greek bookmaker, but with the livescores of the paid XML Feed. Right examples are the Greek sites [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and www.livesbx.gr. In my control panel I must have the option to connect the teams, leagues, countries etc. Everytime I find a new team which has not been connected yet with the other XML, I will immediately connect it through the control panel. So, translation of teams and competitions will not be done by us manually, but by the connection of the 2 XML Feeds. The script should be able to pull the xml data every one minute, store them in a mysql database, and be presented to the visitors according to the layout used by the Greek bookmaker. All known livescore features must be present (i.e. Show "goal!" sign, running time of match, etc.) The details of a live match (goals, yellow, red cards etc.) will be shown in two ways (In both versions Greek and English). 1. When the mouse goes over a match then a pop-up window will appear with all the details. See [login to view URL] 2. On the right of the match there will be an indication and after the click the details will open from down. Example in [login to view URL] In both versions (Greek and English) in the pop-up window I want to have the option to put a banner. So, on this place we always have the latest goal. The appearance will not exceed the one minute. In both versions (Greek and English) past results should be kept in our database, so if someone and according to the date, wants to see the results this will be [login to view URL] [login to view URL] on the up right corner. In both versions (Greek and English) red cards should be displayed on the home page and to the respective team. See attached photo. I want to have the option in both versions (Greek and English), to select some matches and to watch only the selected LIVE matches. Because the site will be in two languages, a table is needed to be done all the necessary translations which are common in both versions. For example titles as "LIVE", "SCHEDULED MATCHES", Competition" etc. In English version in home page should be all today's matches, but also should be a tab "LIVE", where would be all LIVE matches. In this live ticker if we have Live games in the start i want the indication "LIVE", otherwise the indication "SCHEDULED MATCES". When we will have this indication then the ticker will have the daily scheduled matches.
