Money Manager

This is an interesting project that will be straightforward to those of you with the right skill sets. The project is to produce the code required to run an application that allows the user to take control of their household finances, to produce a budget and automate the production of letters and financial statements enabling them to begin negotiating with creditors if they are in financial difficulty. The design templates have been produced, depending on the coding format the templates will be translated to Photoshop or FLASH format and the coder will be required to take the designs and create a working application. We would prefer the application to be produced in FLASH however we are open to alternative methods of construction providing you justify your reasoning. You will be required to confirm what language/approach you will be using for us to consider your bid. You will be required to provide examples of similar/related work for us to consider your bid. A complete and very comprehensive brief has been produced which should provide a clear indication of the work required and also make the job easier and more enjoyable to complete. Many thanks James ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform As wide a range of operating systems as possible. Your response would need to confirm which systems you believe you can cater for. An ideal response would include both PC and MAC. However PC compatibility is vital.
