Small ISP has domains registered across 3 registrars, Netsol (aproximately 200 domains), SRSPLUS (500), and Enom (80) reseller accounts.
We currently run an internal pair of name services supporting the registered domains via Bind.
We wish to migrate back to the registrars the responsibility for name services.
This can be accomplished manually or via the API's provided with each registrars reseller accounts.
We need to re-delegate the authority records whereby there will be no dns resolver outages outside of 12am to 6am EST.
In some cases, registrars such as Netsol will immediately notify the root servers of their authority, but will not populate their resolvers with the A, MX and Cname records until a later sweep, therefore denying name resolutions.
We have decided to consolidate over time, within 15 days of expiration, renewing domains to ENOM as the preferred registrar.
The bidder will create an webpage accessible service on windows IIS powered by sql server (if database needed) a passworded web page gui that will initiate the transfer to ENOM.
As part of the re-delegation of domains dns authority, the bidder should set the administrative email for each domain to us, whereby the transfer confirmation email will be easily accessible to authorize the transfer to ENOM upon renewal.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
