75932 Need website change

My site is www.xcelnv.com. It needs a change. I like the layout of [login to view URL] I want it to be like that site just computer oriented. The links on the top right is what i want. You can keep the logo and the color scheme as well. The forum is already up and running. I just need some simple html generated and the layout. PM me your ideas and we will run with it. I want this to be webmaster friendly where if i need to make a change it is not that difficult. I am not designer smart I do know some html Thanks!
