Ability to create and conceive an idea. Flash ??" Efficiency in animation with working knowledge of Action scripting HTML, CSS ??" Proficient JavaScript / XML ??" Working knowledge Wordpress, Ruby on rails, Drupal, Joomla exposure is optional. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
