Add & edit tomato cart script

im looking for someone who can add new features to my tomato cart script and edit the space where my logo is. my logo size is about 160' x 150 or so it can be adjusted if necessary the problem is i have been able to edit the size of my logo in the [login to view URL] file but there's seems to be something hovering it , it looks like the background is covering most of the logo. see the problem below in the photo. i also want to add a slideshow on the main page, a categories with images under new products. i would like to change it form new products too featured products so that the amount of featured products is limited on the homepage. i want to add social buttons and a facebook chat somewhere on the side or comment box on the product pages. i want to be able to inset a banner on the categories of each product page. i also want to add a sign up to my news letter box on the homepage. and a PayPal verified logo on the side. and change the footer links. im looking for a strictly PROFESSIONAL !
