Ads Click script (Adsense-risk-free) I am looking for a good coder.

Hello Everyone, I am looking for a good coder to help me with “click-ads” I need to do a Safe click ads script for Google adsense. I have some codes that i did buy before but none of them is working good. I want to be coded in ajax or maybe PHP i am not sure i will tell you some specification that how i want that the script work: 1. I want it be hided from Google Robots so they cant see it. 2. It have to be hided on the video so when people click the video they click the ads automatically. 3. I want to be clicked by maybe 30 % of users who visit my website example: 1000 Joins - 300 clicks. 4. Script will work only 24 hr per IP so i can be safe from Google. I mean if 1 ip click the script won’t be shown to their computer for 24 hr more. 5. Or same as number 4 but with cookies. 6 i want that be manually configured with a panel or something where i can put the ads code and other stuff. 7. I want to be invisible for Google Robots 100 % 8. i want to avoid the risk so the risk of banning my account from Google can be 0. 9. PS: MOST IMPORTANT IS THAT THE SCRIPT MUST WORK GOOD WITH MOBILE TOO. i mean if one user come from mobile. I will pay good and i will be working with several other scripts. Thank you.
