We require an application to run on windows (windows 10, 8 and 7 - 32bit and 64bit) that can connect to our hosted PBX system. Our system is a asterisk PBX running FreePBX. We need to be able to dial from our PC's (but still use the handset) but also have a central diary of all our clients so that we can dial them directly. If we need to get a opensource CRM and then connect it, that is something we can look into if you are also able to supply this. The software also need to integrate with Microsoft Outlook and should be able to press a button to dial the number. IF you require more information, please let me know. Alternative solutions would be considerred.

hi, as far as I can understand this project needs good programming skills , as well as good VoIP know how and Asterisk skills, So I find my self a better candidates than those who are just good in PHP and web development. what I can add to the software is, that the software can not even dial, but it can also notify the PC user of any new incoming calls and show customer details of the incoming calls, kindly let me know if we can have some chat about the project to better understand the needs of the project. regards,
