Automated trading / virtual currency website development

This is a unique idea and I need a website designed for it. Here are requirements: Basically the site will be a portal market place for users to buy/sell a new virtual currency. I am creating this currency it is not bitcoin! Basically in the admin panel I will determine what the rate will be at the end of every hour for that day. So I will enter the price and the price or value of the coins will change value according to this data. The value of the coins will always stay between $10 and $150, however it will fluctuate constantly. The aim of this site and how a under will make money is to buy at a low price and sell as a high price. If a user wishes to sell coins, they will enter a price at which they are happy to sell the coins and another user will agree to buy the coins at that price before the price actually reaches this price. This is a predesigned sale agreement and will be made automatically between users accounts and paid with bitcoin. Before puttin in a sale order the buyer must fund their member account with at least that amount of money using bitcoin (set up in member account). Members can list their shares for sale or buy off another member. The buy/sell of coins will be automated and payments via bitcoin. Admin will receive 2% commission of every sale which is taken out of sale price (from seller) 1% will be referral commission ie for person (if any) who referred the seller to the site will receive 1% commission for every profit made by the seller. Admin area will document admin profit from each sale. It will list all members and enable me to liase with them via email. I can add or change bitcoin account for the website and I will be able to add price changes for every hour within a 24 hour period. In fact it will have dates and if I want I can add hourly changes weeks in advance and it should also document archived results. I should also have an option to click a button for \"pre-launch mode\" so members can join, refer others and fund accounts without being able to make trades etc, however during this time the graph with currency etc will be active so users can get used to the site.
