Build Voice Broadcast Survey

We want to build a voice based automated telephonic survey software using Asterisk PBX system. Following are the requirements: 1) client can upload numbers and details to broadcast application AND we can make api to take numbers from crm application to load. (we need both the access) 2) Client can upload multiple IVR and select internally routing on pressing options of IVR and route the calls to there. 3) Play message to customer and forward to ivr and also move calls to inbound call centers if customer is interested. 4) we will make api to execute calls via crm api so they can also integrate it. 5) We will make api integration with call status and duration with phone numbers which are generated and send via application and also send the details of dtmf pressed by customer. 6) call reports will be provided with application 7) Client can reset calls multiple times to send calls again. 8) Time based scheduling possible via application, so once time comes and system is on then it will send call automatically and get input and update to system.
