Build a Website

I am looking for someone to build a "Hair Stylist and Beautician Listing Application" using either Laravel or Codeigniter. This application will be converted into a mobile app version in future, but for now I want someone to build the web application. Basically, the following use cases will be built in the application: Hairdresser ----------- * Register * Select Membership package (Free, Standard, Premium) * Pay for membership package (if package is not free) * Login * Logout * Set up profile (including the Geolocation) * Add style (name, description, price range etc) * Edit, Delete style * Add images to style (with image descriptions) * Send messages to customer * Receive messages from client * Accept or decline appointments * Writes a review about the client * Responds to review comment from client Client ------ * Searches for hairdresser (by location, name, "Hairdressers near me", etc) * Sends messages to hairdressers * Receives messages from hairdresser * Books an appointment with a hairdresser (Appointment will have details such as Style, price, date, time, location etc) * Writes a review about the hairdresser Admin ----- * Manages all users * Creates and edits style categories * Edits / approves style listings by hairdressers * Creates registration packages * Does ALL overall system management I want someone who can write really clean code, knows their way around secure user authentication and can implement payment methods. Also prefer someone whom I can rehire in the future to do the mobile app when the time comes, and who can also make proposals to give a better product. Happy bidding.
