Website Development 1. Upload customer profile and ordered transaction records into the application with consignment activities: source: excel file/CSV with various data field structure on each different marketplace format (will be provided) Application able to upload the source file & ordered transaction (different field structure) into the customer and ordered database, in order to process delivery, customer are available various option of delivery vendor consignment such as poslaju, skynet, etc (consignment format with address and customer details-format will be provide). Unique key for customer database would be email and phone number. 2. Social platform integration such as emailing, sms, auto sync chat(whatsapp, wechat, telegram, etc), sending individual or group. 3. Reporting analysis, flexible measure and dimension to analyze the customer behavior base in the history transaction. Eg. Customer who purchased pencil every month, so that we can prompt the customer a relevant offer/promo. Measure: Amount, Count, Quantity Dimension: Type of Category, Type of Product, Gender, Date from, Date to, Age group, frequent buyer (Yes/No indicator), order transaction from which marketplace indicator (eg. lazada/rakuten/etc), with promo code or not indicator, customer name, delivery address, type of delivery(by poslaju/skynet or), payment method, contact, email, mobile, social chat available indicator, delivery status (pending/received/return), process by which user, remark. Frequency: daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly. 4. User management function -Admin can change setting and perform user administration and all function -User can view reporting, print consignment note, and social platform communication such as listed at point 2 5. Each action shall be logged into the database for audit purposes. 6. Platform can be in .NET and SQL or whichever is less expensive.
