Build a Website for clients to upload audio files and others to listen to it online.

I would like to build a website for streaming erotic audio. There will be categories of the audio. Every user can register itself and have a profile page with 2-3 functions that they can perform like uploading audio, a link button to navigate it to the desired [login to view URL] website would allow for users to upload their own audio, and employ an audio visualization where a streaming site would have their video.
