Build Wordpress Template based on Genesis Framework

Dear every one, I m looking for some one who can help me on creating custom child theme on top of Studio Press Genesis framework. Please do not bid if you dont have a knowledge or try to convince me to use some other template. Child theme should be a responsive and have all functions of my example website ([login to view URL] ) Requirement of Theme: Homepage Desktop: Should be simliar to the given url Main menu height should be little bit smaller top menu should be like the same main menu should be sticky not top menu All menus are controlled by wp-admin page supports featured image in left of the blog list should support right side widget support, top ads (right of logo) Home page Mobile: Should be simliar but blog list should have exceprts should have main menu sticky have some other functions similiar Blog post: Should have same layout should have social sharing in above and below posts should have recomended post should be able to hv disqus commenting Should have author info and description Archives Deskop: supports featured image in left of the blog list Archives: Mobile: supports featured image in left of the blog list Should be simliar but blog list should have exceprts Search page should be similar to archive page Do not bid more than my budget as the project will not be awarded, this is for full work, not day or hour.
