We are looking for a web designer / developer to build a classified website similar to gumtree dot com. Very important note; We need this site to be automated but we need to be able in the backend, as administrator, to change and manage each content of the website meaning this website should be built in a way that we can maintain and modify it. So you should work with a CMS and hopefully one that is commonly and easy to use. I really need someone with experience and can work on their own initiative to create this website. I want you to program and ensure high quality of the code and its security. We need demonstration that you understand what are required before we award. We already have our domain name and also designed our logo. The payment terms will be in 3 stages; Payment 1 You can build the website and test this on your own server first if this will make things easier for you. Once the website is tested, working and completed on your server, then this can be transferred to our server to be tested make sure it has been transferred okay and working. We can then release 1/2 of the payment. Payment 2 We need to input our own descriptions, this in a way will test the CMS side of it, then make the website live to be tested and make sure all are working fine before the release of 1/4 of the payment. Payment 3 We need 1 month support when website is up and running, and if running smoothly we can then release the final payment.
