1. The website platform to manage and automate the RFQ, SCM and CRM processes for the Civil contractors can be built. 2. The functionality and the features required of the system are: 3. There will be three broad modules: a. Quote module - 1) Quote data 2) Document handling - Each quote can have multiple document types and documents uploaded under these headings. The system need to handle the upload, access and download of these documents securely. 3) Quote status handling b. Emailing system c. Admin Interface 4. Estimators: Estimators who manages an RFQ (Quotes or Jobs) .The system stores estimators login, address, contact details. Created Quotes, Job numbers are mapped with Job Estimator ID. 5. Quote: Each quote consists of: Job number, Name, Description, Document types and uploaded documents, quote sent date, close date, contact information etc., 6. Document upload: Quote can have multiple supportive documents under various document type. User can select the document type and upload relevant document. 7. After the quote is created, it can be sent to various trade suppliers. 8. Emailing System: Estimator can select the trade supplier type and the system will list them. The required trades for the job can be selected / deselected for further processing. 9. Each selected trade supplier type also lists the Trade Supplier Company Name. 10.
