Build a raspberry pi telemetry device software

Hello I need some software written to monitor inputs from an raspberry pi and send the input status to a mobile phone as a text message using txtlocal (or similar service) or via email. We will be using this 32 channel input board ([login to view URL]) to monitor the inputs and will need to send a message if the input changes. We would have multiple units out in service in remote locations and we would need to be able to change settings remotely. the settings we would need to change would be: - Input 1 - 32 name (different name for each input) - delay time (the amount of time to wait after input changed before sending message - if input changes within that time then dont send message) - input enabled or disabled - Ability to add more than 1 telephone number / email address per input this would need to be a graphic interface on a central website Any questions please message me for more information Thanks
