Cellular map open signal maps like

Hi! i need the open signal's map, with all the towers, all the coverage stats around the world. i think that the map is based on a .kml file that they uploaded on google maps. i need a perfect c l o n e map, like this. You can see the map on they're website, you only need to type open signal maps on google. The map must be perfect like they're, with telephones towers, telephone coverage map and the box that lets you choose your mobile operator.
