Copy/Install a Wordpress Website and Translate into Chinese (Mandarin)

Hi, I currently have a website (for example):: [login to view URL] I wish it to be copied exactly as is directly copied and functional however within another folder for example :::: (A new wordpress install) [login to view URL] I wish for all the text to be translated into Mandarin (Chinese) (There are only 5 pages total with minimal text on the entire website) Also I wish for you to create a main index page at the root of : [login to view URL] With a welcome message for them to choose their langauge : Chinese (Mandarin) With a picture and hyperlink. Then also English with a picture and hyperlink to the existing english site. Any questions please ask me :) I wish for this to be completed with 3 days at the time of awarding the project. You must have experience translating English to Mandarin as well so it makes sense and not just using google translate.
