Create a Click for Click Software

HERE IS MY IDEA. Sort of like a social exchange site, but for website benefits, such as: • Click on advertisements • Specified time on a webpage • Verified registrations • Quality blog comments • Product reviews • ETC Visitors would come to my website and pay a price to get one of the above listed, or better yet, create a social exchange community where registered users can upload a link to their website and what they want done, and other registered users can complete that task for credits they can use to redeem the above services. I can add a forum where users can simply converse to themselves and agree to swap clicks for clicks or something like that. But what I need right now is the software to make all this a reality. What I am looking for is software on my site for when USER1 clicks on a request from USER2 for ad clicks on their site, USER1 will click on a link to their website and the software will kick in, forcing them to click on an ad, and when they do, credits are awarded to their account. USER1 can then redeem those credits to spend on clicks, views, comments, etc. The credits gained for USER1 are then deducted from USER2. Please message me without any questions.
