Create a Drupal Template

We are looking for a developer to assist with the growth and management of a community based website in Sydney's Inner West. The site has been developed in Drupal. You will need to work with our design team to implement changes and develop new areas of the site. Activities include: - Coding in Drupal - Development and maintenance of site. Our team consisting of visual design and UX will oversee all activities listed below, however we do not have the skills within our team to make these changes within Drupal. This is a 12-month ongoing project, so additions and changes will be implemented over this time, with regular remote collaboration with Sydney based team. We are looking for someone who has the capability to work on this with us remotely on an ongoing basis, to add and develop features as needed. Please provide us with a short summary of your experience, some examples of your work and an overall quote for work that can be split into a monthly retainer over 12 month. Happy to discuss and clarify this part further if you are interested in the job. Changes to the website include: 1. Develop the current site to be more functional - Mobile/tablet optimization - Consolidate the vast amount of information on the site - There is limited 'Call to Action' on the site - Better integration with social media platforms 2. Create a more user friendly experience for our members - Our members need more efficient processes to pay for or renew their membership - We need to make the process of updating/uploading information for their events and business profile very user friendly - Include additional functionality eg; analytics to show how many people visit their page on our site and click through to theirs - Change our membership management to a 'drop in' solution such as Member Evolution or Captera 3. Create a more user friendly experience for the general visitors to our site - Our website visitors currently have access to a large amount of information about the area and our members. This needs to be consolidated - This information is the reason we have such large visitation numbers, but now we need to develop an acquisition point â ie: the 'What’s Next' is missing 4. Create Visitor Connection Portalsâ to direct website visitors to our member businesses - This is a new initiative to answer the ‘What's Next?' question - We will require some functionality that will connect the website visitors to our members via the website or a smartphone application - We are looking for a visitor portal such as [login to view URL], but one that can send enquiries/connect website visitors to all of our members
