Create a Modern Craigslist Clone with Auto Post to Craigslist.org -- 3

I am looking for a Craiglist Clone but with a twist to it. The twist is to have the application have a import tool where if someone already have a craiglist AD, they can just copy and paste the URL of their Craigslist AD and the application will upload their AD to our website. Also has the functionality to auto post their Ads from our website back to Craigslist every few days. The application needs to be available as a Web version and a Mobile App version. It should be very simple to use when searching and posting Ads. I will break it down below as much as I can. But I am open to any suggestion you may have as well. Technology: - This Craiglist Clone should be built in either HTML5 and\or PHP with a MySQL database. It should also have a slick modern look to it. I am open to the look if you have a template you would like to show me. Registration Page: - The user should be able to register only using their email address and a Capcha security code. A temp password should be emailed to them so that when they first login for the first time they can create their own password. There should also be a forgot password module on the login page. AD Posting Page: - Same as Craiglist; when posting an AD the customer should be prompted first for “What type of posting is this:”, Then they should be prompted for “please choose a category” then the posting Form. Or all of this can be asked in one single page. - If the customer already has an AD on craiglist and they want to transfer that AD to my website they should simply just have a field where they can paste the URL of their Craigslits AD and enter an email address along with the Captcha security code so that they can upload it. Same as a new register user, this customer should receive an email stating that their AD has been imported and it should provide them with their email address and Temp password. When they login for the first time they should be prompted to change their password. Customer Dashboard - Customer should have the ability to see all their ADs and the status of the ADs. They should have the ability to repost, delete or edit their ADs. A “Auto Post to Craigslist” option should be available so that if checked then the AD will auto Post to craiglist every few days. These days should be an option in the ADMIN Panel so that it can be set globally. - Customer should have the ability to update their email address and password at any time. Email addresses are unique so no two accounts can have the same email address. Admin Dashboard - Admin should have the ability to manage all users by Adding, deleting, editing and flagging users. - Admin should be able to Add, delete, edit and flag ADs. When an AD gets flagged by an ADMIN it should state that it has been flagged by an ADMIN. - Should have statistics on Page Visits and Site Visits per week, month and yearly. - Should have statistics on how many customers have registered per week, month and yearly. - Admin should have the ability to enter Google AD Sense so that they can appear on all ADs. This section should have the option to set specific Google AD Sense per Category so that each category has their own unique Google AD Sense.
