1- translating website to arabic language, as we are arab and our customers and vendors all arab. 2- when we update theme and plugins, usually we lost all customization and translating we did. we need assist to keep all that on site after updating. (child theme) 3- sales reports, the available reports allow admin to view full reports but for vendors just summary. we need to allow vendors to view full reports for their sales. 4- we want to offer special customers a coupons and some discounts, i saw so many plugins but don't know which one better and more helpful. 5- the site is not good looking from mobile phone (safari and chrome ...etc). we need to adjust that. 6- for newsletters, we need good plugin to use as there are so many plugins. 7- i want to know if you are ready to build mobile app (android and IOS), if yes then let me know more details for that. 8- i need details for technical support in future and upgrading our site. 9- payment gateway, in saudi arabia we have this site ([login to view URL]) offers good services for payment online accepting (credit cards and online payment). we can send you their requirments to customize it with our site.
