Create a Wordpress Site That Employs BuddyPress, BuddyPress Add-ons, and PayPal

I need someone well versed in Wordpress and specifically, BuddyPress and its associated add-ons. I need someone to help me select, install and configure the appropriate BuddyPress add-ons so that the site has the following functionality: I want a payment/sign-up page for prospective users that allows them to pay using PayPal. When payment is confirmed, I want them to be able to access the members area where they can create, publish, and edit a page with a unique password and username. Again... I want them to be able to access one page that they can edit as they see fit. The page should have a unique URL that the user selects as well as a unique set of login credentials. The page should have no other links on content what-so-ever. It needs to be an absolutely blank page that the user then adds content to using the standard WordPress page editing interface. A temporary password will be issued to the Freelancer awarded this job so that person can install and configure the site as needed. The site will have Wordpress installed. When the Freelancer selected provides me with a list of plugins they I will pay for them and install them. All the Freelancer has to do is configure all plugins to ensure the functionality that the site requires. Expected time frame to completion of project is 2/14/16. I am fairly well versed in WordPress. I am very aware of how easy it is to install and configure WordPress plugins. If you submit a proposal that exceeds a reasonable price for your time and energy it will be ignored. If you reply with a very generic "Yes I can do this" your proposal will be ignored. If you expect to be paid in full before the site is done and tested you would not be a good candidate for this task. I need to know with certainty that you have read my proposal and given it some thought. I am building two sites that need the same functionality. When the first one is completed and tested we can begin to configure the 2nd one. At this time, I want a price for the first site only. I do not wish to appear to be hard to work with.
