Well you need a full user managable profile, lawyers can enter their full info and users can only access if they paid, so you will need that users first upload fund to their accounts and pay for the lawyer info and they can download it in a ccv or word , also i can import a full messaging system, your website need to be more responsive, re designed and i can do that within the budget contact me to discuss this together
